How I discovered Eels
My uncle gave me a copy of Souljacker that he never really listened to. I started listening to it and didn't really like, yet was still interested in eels. Then a friend of mine gave me a copy of Daisies of the Galaxy. As soon as I heard It's a MotherFucker, My mind was so much more than just blown, my brains were against the fucking wall, thats how brilliant it was. That album I just fell in love with and didn\'t listen to anything else for about 2 months. Then I went back to Souljacker and absolutely adored it. Over the space of about 4months I bought all the eels albums that were available to me, and tried to learn as much about E as possible. Each eels album effected me in a different way, but I absolutely loved with all my heart every single 1 of them. Thats why it was so hard to just pick 1 fav song and album(despite me picking 2). They are now my favourite band, and I think I hav more respect 4 E than I do 4 any other human being. Viva la EELS, u rocked! my world, thank u. And this website rocks by the way, best eels fansite around!
