It’s an old Eels tradition which leads to a lot of surprisement and happiness every year. E usually likes to perform well-known covers of his favourite artists. Among the usual suspects (such as The Beatles, Prince, …) one can also find surprise acts like “Get Ur Freak On” or “Jelly Dancers”. Rocking Eels presents a full list of cover songs performed throughout the history of the band.
